Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that Mitai Māori Village needs to cancel the cultural experience due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
