Cancellation Policy
All clients booking online for Off Road NZ experiences are required to reconfirm their booking by calling the office directly within 48hrs of the booking date and time.
Off Road NZ cannot guarantee to supply products to those who fail to reconfirm.
You are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time for welcome, signing in and safety briefing. Company Waiver must be signed prior to experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE: 6 JULY 2022
We ask that you arrive at your allocated booking time; if you arrive late we may be unable to complete your program due to other bookings, no refund will be available.
Changes to your agenda within 48 hours of the booking are subject to availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non refundable and will be charged at full price.
Cancellations for individual travellers or family groups; prior to 48 hours of the booking may be refunded less an admin fee of $25.00. Refunds are only available to direct bookings
Cancellations for groups (where a non-refundable deposit has been made) will forfeit their deposit amount.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate your experience as planned, we will be in touch with you to discuss the options available to you.
IMPACTED BY COVID OR OTHER FACTORS OUTSIDE OF YOUR CONTROL:
We understand that sometimes factors like Covid or flight cancellations force you to change your travel plans last minute, we don’t want to add to your stress and are here to help as best we can.
In these circumstances we can;
Postpone your experience and rebook to another time, based on availability (rescheduling to another rates season could result in additional charges).
Transfer the credit of your booking into a voucher for you to use another time, or give as a gift.
Provide a refund for the full booking amount, less an admin fee of $25.00 (FIT bookings only). Refunds are only available to direct bookings.
